Money was withdrawn from my account through Superprof even though I haven’t agreed with any tutor or booked any lessons. I would like to understand why this happened.

I haven’t made any arrangements with a teacher, and I’m not planning to take lessons because I couldn’t find a suitable tutor. My account email is w******@gmail.com.**

I’m requesting an explanation regarding this charge and a refund of the amount that was withdrawn from my account without my consent.
