Farmina N&D Dog Food Mistakenly Ordered Due to Similar Packaging

I recently experienced a problem regarding an N&D product that I purchased via Trendyol from the seller mamaciteyze, and I would like to share it with both N&D as the producer and Trendyol and the seller as the sales channel. For my cat, I decided to try N&D food for the first time and ordered a 10 kg neutered adult cat food. My cat liked the food and finished the first package quickly, so I placed a second order through Trendyol. While repurchasing, I accidentally selected dog food from the seller mamaciteyze because the packaging of the N&D products is very similar, and the distinction between cat and dog food is not clearly noticeable at first glance. With brands such as Hill’s and Proplan, I have never had such confusion, as there are large and clear cat images on the packaging. In N&D’s packaging, however, I believe that the separation between cat and dog food is not visually clear enough, and this creates a serious risk of confusion for consumers, as happened in my case. I realized that I had mistakenly bought dog food shortly after receiving my order, when I opened the package within about 24 hours of delivery. My cat has not consumed this food, and there has been no health issue; however, I am now left with the wrong product and feel victimized by this situation caused by the confusing packaging. Due to the confusion created by the packaging, I kindly request that this dog food be exchanged for the equivalent cat food, even though the bag has been opened. I am open to handling this process through Trendyol or directly via the seller mamaciteyze, depending on what is more appropriate for you. I also request that, considering my experience, an exceptional exchange right be granted for this opened package, and that N&D’s packaging designs be reviewed so that the cat and dog products can be distinguished much more clearly and similar issues can be prevented in the future. I am sharing my Trendyol order details and relevant information so that the necessary investigation and support can be provided and I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.
