Turkcell Superonline ADSL Problem

Although we reside right in the city center of İzmit, a district of Kocaeli, we have not been receiving any service for approximately one (1) week from our Turkcell Superonline ADSL subscription, number 23354441. The call center has done nothing beyond taking notes regarding our issue. Similar situations have occurred repeatedly, and after delayed resolutions, the same problems have resurfaced. Meanwhile, we continue to pay high bills for a service we are not receiving. My 75-year-old mother, who lives alone, relies solely on home internet to communicate with me and other relatives who live out of town. Due to this situation — which affects both her and myself — our communication has been consistently disrupted. The so-called technical support, which they claim to have dispatched, merely checked the box outside the building and failed to perform any other inspection. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the poor and overpriced service, as well as the inadequate technical support. Once my subscription ends, I have no intention of renewing it.

Although 3 days have passed since my complaint, I have not received any positive or negative response. This institution does not deserve the money it takes for the service it fails to provide.

Although I was informed that my fault report was resolved, there has been no solution for me. I have repeatedly stated that my mother lives alone at home and that there might be a problem with the cables, which we had experienced before. Despite saying that a team should be sent to the house to check, no team has come. When I came from out of town and checked today, the problem still persists even though it is claimed to be resolved. What kind of solution is this?

As if that wasn't enough. Even though I did not close my fault report in the system, and even though I stated that I live out of town and my mother cannot check, my complaint was closed as if my issue had been resolved. Is this service? How can you still expect customer satisfaction from an internet provider that doesn't even consider sending a technician to its customer in exchange for payment?
