Turkcell Superonline Didn’t Collect Modem After Subscription Ended
Since my Turkcell Superonline fiber optic internet subscription has ended, the modem device was supposed to be collected from my home. We have been waiting at home since Monday, November 3, as I was informed that the device would be picked up. However, during this entire period, no one has called or come to the address to collect the modem. I have called customer service four times to submit requests and even provided a secondary phone number, yet despite all my efforts, no one has shown up. Additionally, I received an SMS stating that a fee of ₺2,100 would be charged to my bill if the modem is not returned. My subscriber number is 64055236. I request that the modem device be collected from my home as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved promptly.
