Turkcell Superonline Five Day Internet Outage - Infrastructure Failure

I have been unable to access the internet for the past five days due to an infrastructure issue with my 50 Mbps ADSL internet service from Turkcell Superonline at my address. During this time, I have tried to reach customer service by phone and through the app for support, but I was constantly redirected to different departments, and the app kept logging me out. I have not received any clear solution or information regarding my issue, only repeatedly postponed time estimates. I intentionally did not pay last month’s bill because of this problem, and my new bill will be issued on the 1st of the month. Having no internet at home for five days has negatively affected both my work and my daily life. I request that my problem be resolved as quickly as possible.
