My Superonline Internet Has Not Been Working for Days
Despite reporting that our home has had no internet connection since 10:00 AM on June 6, 2025, to Superonline customer service, no one has come to address the issue. For 48 hours, we have been consistently calling both the Barış Communication branch, from which we receive service, and Superonline customer service. All we have received are repeated messages saying "your request has been recorded," "a ticket has been created," or "urgency has been reported." Even though we live in the heart of İzmir, we have been without internet for three days due to the indifference of Turkcell teams. Two people in our household work from home, and because of Turkcell's irresponsibility, we have been sitting at home for three days with pay deductions. There are three people living in this house, two of whom are disabled. Despite being on a disability tariff, not only has the issue not been resolved, but no priority has been given either. We face the same issues five to six times every year. If our issue is not resolved by 12:00 PM today, May 8, 2025, we are aware that we can cancel our subscription without penalty, and we will proceed with canceling our internet service. This is a company that deserves none of the money paid—there is no support or concern shown, not even basic respect for people with disabilities. I will never, ever use this service again, nor will I recommend it to anyone I know.
