Superonline Internet Still Not Connected After Application
On October 21st, I applied for a Turkcell Superonline home internet subscription. Despite the time that has passed, the connection still hasn't been made. I contacted customer service twice during this process, and each time, they promised a connection as soon as possible. However, there has been no progress, and I still haven't received internet. I request that my subscription be canceled due to the service I was promised not being provided. I haven't been charged, but I would like to be compensated for my grievances. My subscriber number is: 587439**
The application was made on October 21st. It's been almost 10 days and still no one has come to my house to install the modem and set up the connection. Unfortunately, Turkcell is not the same as it used to be. This is my first Superonline application and I am disappointed. I guess Türk Telekom is the best.
