Allianz Dental Care Benefit Not Provided Despite Active Policy
Within the scope of my Personal Security Insurance policy numbered 0001-0310-05479413, I have the right to one dental care per year. To use this right, on 19/01/2026 in the morning I called Allianz Sigorta via 0850 399 99 99, my request was recorded and I was informed that I would be contacted. A few hours later on the same day, I was called from 0850 480 86 51, I was given the information of the dentist who would take care of me and I was told that the dentist would call me for the appointment date and time. When there was no call, I called Allianz customer service again the next day and informed them that I had not been called by the dentist. They said that they had created a record and that they would call me back with information, but that day I was again not called by anyone. Consequently, on 21/01/2026 I called the dentist whose information had been previously given to me, explained the situation, and was told that they indeed had an agreement with Allianz Sigorta, but that they had received no information regarding me. When this policy was sold to me, it was specifically emphasized that I had the right to free dental care and a free check-up, and the sale was made on this basis. However, when I wanted to use my right, despite my efforts for three days, neither has my dental care appointment been arranged nor have I received any clear feedback about the process. Due to what I have experienced, I frankly feel deceived. I purchased this policy on 15/12/2025 through a bank branch and it is currently in force. I request that my right to dental care be granted immediately and fully without any further delay, otherwise I demand that my policy be cancelled and the full amount I have paid be refunded to me.
