Turkcell Superonline Failed to Resolve My Internet Connection Issues for Months

I subscribed to the Turkcell Superonline campaign, which offered 2 months free for online applications, and had internet installed at my home. However, since the day it was set up, I have not been able to use the internet at all. There are constant technical issues, and Turkcell has not been able to provide a solution. Every time I contact customer service, they assure me the issue will be resolved soon, but nothing changes. The lack of progress has left me feeling ignored and frustrated. Despite repeatedly filing fault reports, the problem remains unresolved. This situation does not reflect the quality expected from Turkcell and has caused me significant inconvenience. Moreover, my issue continues, and no resolution has been provided so far.
