If your Supercell ID was disabled following a password reset, promptly contact Supercell Support to regain access.

Open any Supercell game, navigate to "Settings" > "Help and Support," and describe the issue, including your player tag, game details, and proof of ownership like purchase receipts.

If in-game support is inaccessible, visit the Supercell Support page (https://support.supercell.com/supercell-id/en/index.html) to submit a detailed request.

Clearly explain the unauthorized email change and request to update your account with a secure email. Attach any evidence supporting your ownership of the account.

For future security, enable Account Protection in your Supercell ID settings to prevent unauthorized changes or lockouts.

This feature allows you to reset Account Protection anytime by going to 'Account Protection' and tapping 'Reset', enabling you to change your linked phone number and generate new Recovery Codes.
