I Face Missing Login Code for Supercell ID in Clash of Clans on iPhone
For the past two hours, I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with my Supercell ID account in Clash of Clans. My account named S1 was suddenly logged out on my iPhone 13. When I try to log back in, I receive the message “Code sent,” but no verification code ever arrives in my email inbox. I want to note that I do receive other types of emails and notifications, just not the Supercell login code.
This issue only occurs in Clash of Clans — I have no problems with my other Supercell games. I’ve spent around $14 on this account, which is linked only to my Apple ID and not connected to any social media accounts. I haven’t yet contacted the Supercell support team about this problem. My game and account are based in Ankara, Turkey.
I urgently request that this issue be resolved so I can regain access to my Clash of Clans account and continue playing without further disruption.
