I Face Lost Clash of Clans Account After Update — Can’t Log In With Supercell ID

For about a week now, I haven’t been able to access my Clash of Clans account. Since the last update, every time I open the game, it starts from the beginning as if I were a new player, and I can’t reach my old account. When I try to log in with my Supercell ID, no verification or password email is sent to my address. My account name is “TR-tubish” or “tubish-TR,” and the email associated with it is c***********@gmail.com.*
I’ve tried reaching out to the Supercell support team, but I haven’t been able to contact them in any way. I’ve never experienced an issue like this before, and my account doesn’t have any linked payment transactions.
I request that the password or verification email be sent to my address so I can regain access to my account and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
