I Face Lost Boom Beach Account After 9 Years — Game Starts From Scratch
I’ve been playing Boom Beach for about nine years. My player name is kerem, my player tag is #89lylvy82, and I’m level 81. For the past five days, I haven’t been able to access my account — the game starts me from the beginning as if I were a new player. I’ve provided all the requested information and account details to Supercell, but I haven’t received any error messages, explanations, or follow-ups.
I thought my account was connected to Game Center on my iPhone 13, but I can’t access it from there either. When I contacted Supercell support, they asked whether my account was linked and told me to restart the conversation. It’s now been about three days without any further response. I also tried recovering my account through Game Center, but it didn’t work — the game still opens with a new profile.
I request that my long-time account be restored and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. I’ve spent years building up this account, and losing it is extremely frustrating.
