Hay Day Farm Level 40 Lost – Restore Old Account Without Tag

I have an issue with accessing my old Hay Day farm on my current device and I need your help to get it back. Previously I was playing Hay Day on my OPPO F27 Android phone with a farm named “Ritu”. My farm level had reached around level 40 and my ship orders were coming every 4 minutes. It has been about one year since I last played this old farm, but I now want to continue with the same progress. On that farm I also have 72 diamonds and around 80 coins and I do not want to lose them. When I try to connect with Supercell ID and restore my old farm, the game asks for my old neighborhood tag. Unfortunately I do not remember the neighborhood tag, so I cannot complete the process and I cannot connect my old farm to my current device. Because of this, I am stuck and cannot access my old progress. I kindly request your support to restore my old Hay Day farm named “Ritu” at around level 40, with my existing diamonds and coins, to my current device and Supercell ID, without asking for the neighborhood tag which I cannot remember.
