I can no longer access my game linked to Supercell ID, and it’s been an incredibly frustrating experience. The system keeps asking me for a recovery code, yet Supercell never sends one. I’ve reached out to their support team multiple times, and I still haven’t received any response or assistance.
I’ve uploaded visual proof showing both my past in-game purchases and the screen that keeps requesting the code, but that hasn’t helped either. It’s as if no one is reviewing the case at all. The recovery process is completely broken, and players are left helpless.
I invested real money into this game, and now I can’t even access what I paid for. It’s unacceptable that a company of this size offers no functional support for locked-out players.
Supercell, I demand that you send the recovery code and restore my access immediately. Stop ignoring support requests and fix this system that’s locking out loyal players. Your silence is costing people both time and money.
