Request For Recovery Of My Old Clash Of Clans Account
I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with my old Clash of Clans account, which I played several years ago. This account was created before Supercell ID existed and was only connected to my Apple Game Center / Apple ID. After roughly six years of inactivity, I reinstalled the game and realized that I can no longer access my original village because it was never linked to a Supercell ID. I have already contacted support through the in‑game Help and Support section and shared all the details I could remember about the account and my ownership. Despite this, I have not been able to recover the village, and the issue remains unresolved. This account and the progress I made are very valuable to me, and I would like my case to be reviewed manually by a responsible team member. My clear expectation is the full recovery of my original village and access to it again through my current setup. If necessary, I am ready to provide all requested verification details, such as village name, player tag (if I can find it), town hall and XP level, clan name, approximate creation and last login dates, the devices I used, my Apple Game Center information, and purchase receipts or transaction IDs, if available. I kindly request that you reassess my case in detail and help me regain access to my village, or at least give me a clear and justified explanation if a complete recovery is technically impossible.
