Superbahis Account Closed During Crypto Withdrawal Request

On 16.11.2025, I requested a withdrawal of approximately ₺15,000 in cryptocurrency from my Superbahis account. Although I had successfully withdrawn money 4–5 times before without any issues, this time my account was closed during the withdrawal process without any valid explanation. When I contacted customer service, I received only a generic response saying “your account was closed due to the rules,” and no detailed explanation was provided. I did not commit any rule violations, and the withdrawal request was made under the guarantee that Superbahis itself provides. My username is 165098***. I request that my winnings and funds be refunded in full by Superbahis. I urgently ask that my grievance be resolved.
