On September 5, 2026, my Supertotobet account balance of ₺20,000 was suddenly withdrawn even though I never made a withdrawal request. My account history shows a transaction labeled “₺19,700 has been sent to your account”—but I never requested this, and the listed Ziraat Bank account does not belong to me. In fact, I do not even have an account with Ziraat Bank.
The bank account I had registered in my profile was completely different. Despite this, my balance was reduced to zero. When I contacted customer service, they insisted that the transaction was completed and the money was sent, but this is simply not true. There was no suspicious activity on my account, and I have proof in the form of screenshots and transaction history showing what actually happened.
Right now, my account balance is zero, and I have received no compensation, explanation, or solution from Supertotobet. This is a clear violation of trust.
