Superbet Did Not Pay My Winnings
On October 9, 2025, I requested a cryptocurrency withdrawal of ₺1,000,000 from my Superbet account. Despite waiting for about five hours, the payment was never made. When I contacted live support, they told me it would be processed later, but shortly afterward, my account was blocked without any explanation, and I was also blocked from contacting live support. No documents or additional information were requested regarding the ₺1,000,000 pending in my account. My username is betci**. I have previously faced similar problems with smaller withdrawal requests that were never processed. I did not use any bonuses or promotions; I earned my winnings by playing slot games with the ₺85,000 I deposited. I expect Superbet to reopen my account and pay the full ₺1,000,000 I rightfully won.
