My Withdrawal Rejected - Turnover Rule Problem!
On October 22, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of approximately ₺13,000 from my Wbahis account. However, my request was rejected on the grounds that my main balance turnover was still ongoing. Yet, according to the site’s rules, completing a single turnover is sufficient, and I have already fulfilled that requirement. After my withdrawal request was denied, I contacted several different customer representatives. They all claimed that my turnover was still in progress but did not provide any clear information or specify how much more turnover was needed—only telling me to continue wagering. I also had an active bonus in my account, and I completed its turnover as well. My username is serdar2***. Although no additional fees were requested during this process, I feel that I am being forced to continue wagering in order to deplete my balance. I have screenshots documenting the issue. I request that my withdrawal request be approved in accordance with the site’s rules and that my grievance be resolved.
Since I received a 7k, 1k TL Bonus, I made almost 80,000 in total sports turnover, but they still said your turnover is ongoing. In the end, I got angry and bet 90% of it on Aviator and lost. They paid the remaining balance out of mercy. But that was the whole point anyway. They wanted me to lose. The site is unreliable. They didn't even respond to my complaint.
