I immediately contacted customer service, but instead of helping me, they claimed that I had previously registered on a fake site and that my information had been compromised. They said this was the reason for the balance reduction. Then they requested my personal ID documents, but I refused to provide them due to security concerns.
I also tried to email their support team, but my email did not go through. Shortly after, I was no longer able to log into my account at all. As of now, I still cannot access my account, my balance is gone, and I remain without any solution. I also have the deposit receipt as proof of my balance.
