SunExpress Website Glitch Prevents Me from Using My Gold Membership Benefits
I've been a loyal SunExpress member for a long time and frequently fly with them. As a Gold member, I should be able to redeem my points for free flights, but ever since they updated their website, I haven't been able to use my points at all. My current password stopped working after the update, and when I tried to reset it, the website wouldn't let me create a new one.
When I called customer service, they told me they couldn't help over the phone and that I needed to contact them through their website. I tried reaching out via the chat and WhatsApp options on the website, but no one responded. I even attempted to submit a request, but the system only allows requests related to existing flights.
It feels like they’ve designed a system that makes it impossible to resolve membership issues. The so-called upgrades seem like nothing more than flashy advertisements. In this day and age, it’s frustrating to deal with a company whose website is so ineffective that I can't even reset my password, let alone use the benefits I'm entitled to. Since I’ve hit a wall with every other option, I’m writing here as a last resort.
