SunExpress Keeps Giving Errors When I Try to Buy a Ticket With My Points

I’m trying to purchase a ticket from SunExpress using the points from my SunExpress Your Benefits membership. However, even after trying two days in a row, I keep getting an error when being redirected to the payment page. I receive a message saying I need to contact customer service, but when I do, they say tickets cannot be purchased with membership details. They then direct me to solve the issue via WhatsApp. I contacted them on WhatsApp, and they told me to clear my browser history and try again, which I did. I waited two days and tried once more, but the problem persisted. They said integration work is ongoing since the membership platform is newly launched and advised me to try again later. Despite all this, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Before the new system, I could at least buy tickets slowly—now I can’t even do that. I request that SunExpress resolve this issue as soon as possible.
