SunExpress Benefits Program Is Unusable Due to System Issues

SunExpress offers a loyalty program called Benefits, but the system is so poorly designed that it’s unusable. There isn’t a dedicated website for the program, and following the links on their main site only redirects you to the login page. After logging in, you’re sent back to the main homepage, with no access to the Benefits program.

I reached out to their WhatsApp support, but the link they provided also redirects to the main homepage. I tested this on three different devices to rule out cookie or browser issues, but the problem persists. Even earning points is impossible because the member number field on the check-in screen is inactive. Their solution? Manually message them after every flight to request points—a ridiculous and outdated process.

In a time when technology should simplify customer experiences, SunExpress has created an unnecessarily complex and frustrating system. Given the cramped flights and high costs, the least they could do is offer a functioning loyalty program. If I had other options for İzmir-Antalya flights, I would never choose SunExpress. This issue needs immediate resolution.
