SunExpress Flight PNR and Ticket Information Are Missing

I bought tickets for the Amsterdam-Ankara flight on August 28 and the Ankara-Amsterdam flight on September 19 from the SunExpress website. I made the payment, but unfortunately, I did not receive any PNR code or ticket information. The customer service representative verified that the tickets were not issued, however, the payment was still deducted from my account. I kindly request a refund to my account as soon as possible, as I have purchased a large number of tickets and need assistance with this matter.
