Sunexpress Airlines Lost Stroller on Stockholm - Antalya Flight
On the morning of 07.07.2024, we had a Sunexpress flight from Stockholm Arlanda Airport to Antalya Airport. We were boarded very late and kept waiting on the plane for about 1 hour. Despite a total delay of over 2.5 hours, Sunexpress did not offer any food or drink. When we landed at Antalya airport, our stroller was not delivered. We applied to the lost property office and learned that our stroller had been forgotten at Stockholm airport... When we called the company today, which had not informed us for 2 days and left us without a stroller with our baby, they told us that our stroller had been mistakenly sent to Izmir this time. They said they would get back to us, but again no one called to inform us. We are complaining about Sunexpress, which caused us this inconvenience with our baby, and it's uncertain when our stroller will be delivered, we don't even know if it will be delivered intact... We demand that the company rectify our grievance or pay compensation as soon as possible...
