Sunexpress Airlines Incorrect Seat Assignment on İzmir-Stuttgart Flight

On June 15, 2024, before our İzmir-Stuttgart flight, I purchased seats 14 D, E, and F, listed as exit seats, for ₺872.79 each. However, when we boarded the plane, the exit seats were in row 16, which was already occupied, forcing us to sit in standard seats in row 14. As a result, we did not receive the service we paid for, and our flight was less comfortable than expected. In addition, we had to request a refund multiple times through your communication channels and now through this platform. This is unacceptable for a company of your size. Please process my refund immediately.
