SunExpress Denied Boarding 40 Minutes Before Flight—Tickets Canceled Without Assistance

On November 16, 2024, at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, I was denied boarding for my 5:50 AM SunExpress flight from Izmir to Şanlıurfa. Along with more than 10 other passengers, I was told that check-in had closed 40 minutes before departure, and our tickets were canceled.
SunExpress could have provided a solution or assistance, but instead, they only offered ticket cancellation, leaving us stranded. This lack of support is unacceptable, especially when the issue could have been resolved with proper guidance.
I request immediate action to address this incident. SunExpress should improve its customer service, handle such situations more professionally, and ensure passengers are not left in this frustrating and avoidable predicament.
