I Face Facebook Account Ban for “Policy Violation” I Never Committed

My Facebook account has been closed for about a month, and every time I try to log in, I receive the following error message: “Your account has been banned due to suspected violations of the user agreement and rules.” My account username is “ramazan ırmak.” There have been no paid transactions or ad payments associated with my account.

After not using Facebook for a long period, I tried logging in again and encountered this message without receiving any prior email or notification. I haven’t yet contacted the Facebook support team and haven’t tried logging in from another device.

My account contains important personal information and content. I request that my account be reactivated and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
