Subaru Repair Delayed for 45 Days, No Progress or Updates
I left my Subaru at the authorized service center on October 27, and the repair file wasn’t even opened until November 1. Customer advisor Ms. Ö**** informed me that the parts would arrive from abroad within a month, and repairs would take 10 additional days. I explained that I don’t have another vehicle and would face significant inconvenience.
The insurance covered a rental car for two weeks, but I’ve had to pay for a rental since then, and the costs keep piling up. It’s been 45 days, and the parts still haven’t arrived. Each time I follow up, I’m told, “It’ll arrive today or tomorrow,” but nothing happens. When I visit the service center, my car is left dirty and untouched, parked in the same spot since day one.
If the repairs do not start within 1-2 days, I will initiate legal proceedings. I demand immediate action to resolve this delay, proper updates, and accountability for the service’s failure to meet its commitments.
