I Report Screen and AC Failure on Cupra Formentor with 90 Days in Service

I purchased a brand-new Cupra Formentor on March 11, 2025. Within just one month and at only 800 km, the infotainment screen malfunctioned, and the air conditioner developed a problem where it would not shut off. I left the vehicle at the authorized service center at the beginning of April, and after one week of repairs, they returned the car on April 11. Shockingly, the same issues recurred on April 19, and I returned the vehicle to the service again.
Since then, over 70 days have passed, and no repairs have been completed, nor has my car been returned. From the date of purchase, I’ve only been able to drive the car for two weeks, while it's been stuck at the service center for nearly three months. Each time I contact support, I am dismissed with, “Do whatever you want; we are waiting for a software update.”
This is unacceptable for a new car, and I feel deceived and helpless. I demand either a full replacement or refund for this severely flawed vehicle. I also seek a formal apology and accountability from the responsible parties.

We received the vehicle, thanks to the company.

How has your situation progressed? I'm having exactly the same issue and got information that the whole infotainment needs to be replaced, and earlier to that, had a similar problem with errors that service said "would be fixed with software update". Similarly waiting for nearly a month now to have an update when they can fix it.
