Subaru XV Repair Delayed for Weeks Due to Missing Parts

On July 2, I had an accident and took my Subaru XV to the service center for repairs. Since then, the car hasn’t been moved, and I’m repeatedly told they are waiting for parts. This delay during the summer months has been incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.

It’s unacceptable that a vehicle has been left untouched for this long without any clear timeline for repairs. I am giving them one more week, and if the car remains in the same condition, I will escalate this issue to the relevant authorities. Subaru needs to prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve these delays immediately. I expect prompt action to repair my vehicle and better communication moving forward.
