I purchased my Subaru Forester in 2016 and have always had its maintenance and repairs done at authorized service centers. However, over the past year, I’ve been facing recurring DPF issues. In early December, I encountered an oil leak problem, and the necessary parts were ordered. While most parts were delivered, the oil sensor, ordered from Japan on December 13, is still pending delivery.

This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I rely on my car for work. Despite contacting the authorized service center yesterday, I didn’t receive a satisfactory update about the delay. I urge Subaru to expedite the delivery of the oil sensor and ensure better communication with customers. This level of service is unacceptable for such a reputable brand.
