Subaru Outback Stuck in Service Due to Missing Parts
I own a Subaru Outback, and my car has been stuck at the service center since April 2023 due to a lack of replacement parts. The Izmir service center keeps blaming the importer, saying they cannot proceed with repairs because the required part is unavailable.
I have been waiting for months without any clear timeframe, and no replacement vehicle has been provided. Is importing a part really this difficult? How can a global brand like Subaru fail to supply essential components for so long?
I demand an immediate resolution—either import the missing part immediately or provide a replacement vehicle until the issue is fixed. Enough is enough!
