BYD Seal U Stuck in Service for 65 Days—No Spare Parts or Updates
I took my BYD Seal U to Ankara Efe BYD Service on January 7, 2025, for repairs. At first, they assured me that there was no issue with part availability and that my car would be ready within 1.5 months at most.
However, it has now been 65 days, and my car is still sitting at the service center because they haven’t been able to supply a bumper. Worse, I cannot get a clear answer on when the repair will be completed. I have called BYD Turkey multiple times, reported my complaint, and explained my frustration, yet no one follows up or provides a real solution.
