Delayed Repair and No Replacement Vehicle for My 2020 Porsche
I own a 2020 Porsche and experienced an unexpected electrical issue during my journey from Ankara to Mersin on July 15, 2024. My car had to be towed to the nearest service center, where I was informed that a part needed replacement. Unfortunately, this part wasn’t available domestically and had to be ordered from abroad.
Today is August 19, 2024, and I’ve been told the part is still stuck in customs. It’s unacceptable that a renowned brand like Porsche cannot supply parts faster when even personal international shipments arrive in 10-15 days. Adding to the frustration, despite having insurance, I was not provided with a replacement vehicle. This situation is causing significant inconvenience, and I urge Porsche to address this issue promptly.
