BYD Auto Sold Me a Brand New Atto 3 With a Faulty Air Conditioner
I bought an atto 3 vehicle from the Byd Izmir Volt dealership on 26/3/25. On 27/3/2025, I noticed that my air conditioner's cooling was not working. 29/3/2025 fell on Saturday eve. They stated that they were working. When I went there was no authorized person. Only an update was made to my vehicle, my problem was not resolved. I left my vehicle to the authorized service on the morning of 2/4/2025 after the holiday. They said that the compressor would be changed. They stated that they had placed the order. They said it would arrive on Thursday, but it did not. They said it would arrive on Friday, but it did not. I do not want a part replacement for the vehicle I bought brand new. I am requesting a replacement for a new vehicle. Defective goods were delivered. If a vehicle with a broken air conditioner is delivered, we have experienced that 100% control is not provided. So, there may be a possibility that I will encounter another problem. I am an engineer who has been working in the automotive sector for years. I am familiar with the quality standards applied. I also know the working principles of strong brands. In the face of my grievance, a replacement vehicle was not provided either. We sold our vehicle and made our first choice a global brand like BYD. However, they sold a defective brand new vehicle. Later, we came across a brand that did not provide correct information flow and could not even provide a replacement vehicle. You need to call customer service and request a replacement vehicle. BYD, which seems to be a global brand, turned out to be too amateur to provide this service after sales. I see neither an effort to resolve my grievance nor devotion for the assistance service I will receive. I cannot even receive information about the status of my process without calling or sending a message. We feel like we have thrown our money away and returned home. In today's world where the best advertisement for a company trying to locate a factory in Turkey is the transfer of sales experience, this issue is an example of an ugly image. The disappointment we have experienced is great. We expect urgent and effective action to resolve it.
