I registered for a Studocu annual plan trial, but after the trial period I no longer had any need to continue using the service. However, I forgot to cancel the subscription in time and was charged 918.000 VND for the annual plan. Immediately after noticing the charge, I canceled the plan and have not used any documents or benefited from the paid features since the fee was taken. In other words, the service has not been used after the payment was made. I kindly request a full refund of the 918.000 VND charged for the annual plan and the removal of my saved card details from my Studocu account so that no further payments can be taken.
I signed up for a one-month free trial of Studocu Premium and expected to be notified before any charge was made. However, after the trial period ended, Studocu directly charged 918,000 VND from my account without sending any email, message, or notification. I did not receive any reminder that the trial was about to expire or that the subscription would be automatically renewed.
Despite this, the system charged me for an annual Premium subscription, even though I only intended to try the service for one month. This made me feel misled and dissatisfied. The amount of 918,000 VND was charged to my Visa card issued by TPBank, and it was processed as a yearly Premium subscription.
