I purchased tickets on StubHub via the website for the LA Clippers vs Portland Trail Blazers game scheduled for March 30, with a total value of approximately 1,400 USD. Shortly after listing these tickets for sale, my StubHub account was blocked and I lost access to my tickets. My account can be found under the email address offri***@gmail.com or by using order number 626951960. This block occurred a few days ago, and since then I have contacted StubHub customer support several times. Each time I was only informed that there is a technical issue and that my case has been escalated, but nothing has been resolved and I have not received any concrete explanation for the block or any effective support. As of now, I still have no access to the tickets I paid for. Because the event date is imminent, this situation is putting me at serious risk of financial loss, as I am currently unable either to use the tickets or to sell them as intended. I request that StubHub immediately restore full access to my account and tickets or promptly send the tickets to me in a way that allows me to proceed with selling them without any further delay. I also expect StubHub to ensure that I do not suffer financial loss due to this issue and the time lost while the problem has remained unresolved.
