Stripe Payment from Kick App Subscription Still Not Transferred to Bank After 12 Days

I’m supposed to receive payments from subscription gifts on the Kick app through Stripe. While Stripe shows that the payment was processed on 30.09.2024, 12 days have passed, and there’s still no transfer to my bank account. When I contacted my bank, they said I need to reach out to Stripe. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible. Please assist in ensuring that the payment is successfully transferred to my bank account.
