Akbank Hasn't Credited My Refund After Returning Two Payments Made on My Card
I made two one-time payments with my Akbank salary card and processed a return on 03.08.2024. However, as of today, the money has still not been credited to my account. I’ve spoken with the store multiple times, and they claim that they have discussed the issue with their accounting department and the bank, and that the problem is with my bank. When I spoke with the bank’s customer service, they said that no funds had been credited to my account. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the money be transferred to my account.
