Stripe Delayed Refund Beyond Legal Timeframe

I am dissatisfied with Stripe for failing to process my refund within the legal timeframe. On December 2, I placed an order with a company using Stripe’s payment system and later canceled it. Shortly after, I received an email confirming that the refund had been processed.
However, 19 days have passed, and I still have not received the refund. The legal requirement for refunds is 14 days, and Stripe has clearly exceeded this period. Despite following up, there has been no resolution, leaving me frustrated and without my money.
I request that Stripe immediately resolves this issue and ensures that the refund is processed without further delay. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will escalate my complaint through legal channels.
