My App Store Refund Shows as Processed, But It Hasn't Appeared in My Account

On September 17, 2024, I requested a refund for an App Store purchase, and it shows that the refund was processed. However, the money hasn’t been credited to my account. Since September 18, I’ve called customer service five times, but I can’t seem to get through. It feels like I’ve been blocked from reaching customer support, which is incredibly frustrating. I need urgent help to get this resolved. Apple, please look into this issue and ensure my refund is processed properly. A customer shouldn’t have to chase after their money for a refund that’s supposed to be completed.
