If Stripe hasn’t deposited your payout for weeks, first check your Dashboard and email to see if Stripe asked for more verification or flagged a payout availability delay due to risk or disputes—new accounts often have longer waits and risk-based holds.
Confirm your bank account details are correct and that the payout was sent to the right account; if it’s been more than about 5 business days past the expected date, contact your bank with the payout trace ID to locate the funds.
If your bank can’t find it, ask them for a written statement and then contact Stripe Support with that document so they can investigate the missing payout and release the funds.
If the problem remains unresolved after contacting support, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
