On April 5th, 2023, I placed an order on Stradivarius' website for two pairs of stoppered poplin parachute pants. When I made the purchase, the estimated delivery date was April 28th through May 4th. Due to the busy season, I expected that the order would take a little longer to arrive. However, I received an email today from Stradivarius informing me that my order had been canceled due to an item being out of stock. This is unacceptable because the product was in stock when I purchased it. Even if it meant delaying delivery by a month, why would you let the item go out of stock? It's not fair that someone else received the item I ordered despite my early order. I am very unhappy with the situation and insist that my complaint be dealt with.
