Stradivarius Cancelled Orders, Unwanted Deliveries, Lack of Customer Support
I placed an order on November 24, 2023, through the Stradivarius website. Due to high demand, the order was canceled. I attempted to reorder the same item, but I canceled it before the order was processed due to selecting the wrong size. While dealing with the refund process, the product unexpectedly arrived today. I chose not to accept the delivery as I intended to return it. I want to create a return request and receive a refund. It's frustrating that a well-known brand like Stradivarius doesn't have proper communication channels or customer support numbers.
