Stradivarius Black Friday Disgrace, I Had to Cancel Discounted Items
The product I bought from the Stradivarius brand during the November discounts has been showing as "in supply" since November 23. In a conversation with customer service on December 8, 2023, they told me the product is still in the supply stage, and they can't share any other information. I pointed out that sharing information with me that the products are currently in stock at the regular price while they're still in the supply stage has left me in a tough spot. They didn't solve the problem at all, and I had to cancel the discounted items I purchased. So basically, this brand didn't send me the items I bought at a discount but is selling them on its website at the regular price. And customer service is not helping at all. This is a clear violation of consumer rights.
