I Face Missing Pants from Stradivarius Order Despite Full Payment

On June 26, 2025, I placed an order on Stradivarius and purchased three items under order number 5030*****69. While two of the products were delivered without issue, the pants I ordered at the same time never arrived. I checked the shipment weight, and it’s clear that the missing item was not included in the parcel.
To resolve this, I submitted a return request for all items, even though I only received two. Despite my efforts to reach out through your support channels, I have not received any satisfactory explanation or resolution.
This situation has caused me frustration, as I paid the full amount but did not receive my complete order. I expect either the missing pants to be shipped immediately or a full refund for the undelivered item.
