Sleazy Products Of Stradivarius

I bought a pair of boots from Stradivarius, and I was shocked to find that they were in such bad shape that they looked like they had been rotting on the shelf. Stradivarius seems to think too highly of their products since they have so many rules about how to return them. They say it must be in its original, undamaged packaging, but when it came, the packaging was already broken, as if it had been done on purpose. I have no choice but to go to the Consumer Rights Court with this case. My situation has been a nightmare, and I feel like I have to try to get justice.
