The shopping mall was about to close, yet they made me wait at the counter for 20 minutes while people kept coming and going. Eventually, they told me they could not sell the boots at the tag price but were willing to take them back. I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee about this. How is this an acceptable way to run a business?
